Member control pannel

Hello,

Can someone help me with a control pannel for my members, This is my idea.

I want's a control pannel for my members, with the abillaty to manage there account the easy way. But only visble to members. When they hit the Profiel pagina the get to a new page with 4 picture buttons or text links, like:

Change Avatar;
Change Password:
Upload Pictures;
And the ligthbox:

Iff searged the whole forum but didnt find anything, and i dont have any id where to start can anyone please help me??

IceCream has installed such thing http://icecreamtest.ic.funpic.de/gallery/index.php -> register and look into the control panel

Yeah thats something what i like, do you know where i can find a tut or a mod??

I want to give my members a nicer account page.

hey this is cool...
But I don't want all the users to be able to delete and edit all my categories.
You think there might be an possibility that you can only edit and create categories where you have the right to upload files to?
I just can't figure it out..
