I need help. Comments don't show whit accents.

Hello. Pardon for my English. I'm Spanish.

I have a problem with 4Images. It turns out that I can add neither accents nor letters as "ñ" in the comments. Before one could, but we do not know for that it stopped working. 
Now, when somebody add a comment with the "ñ", an accent "áéíóúàèìùòù", the "¿" or the "¡", the comment does not appear. 

Inexplicably, once sent the comment, it is possible to edit and add these symbols.
 
Some suggestion?
