Log out user when broswer closed

I would like to know how to solve the following problem.

My user told me that the 4images won't log out user even they close the broswer. When they open a new browser and go to the same website one day after,they are all still loggin ........what can I do to make every user log out when the broswer closed?

do you have this problem? if not, then my guess would be something wrong with their browser...
