Merci encore . Sa famille.

Hello;
please learn to be patient. People use to sleep, sometimes, here.
Don't know about OpenRealty, sorry.

But try this: [MOD] new images on your homepage (external)

and complete with this: {new_images} from specific category to match with your favourite category.

Or else, that's the way I should do it:

3 new files have to be created:
  • new_images.php (at the gallery root, where index.php is)
  • templates/your_template/new_images.html
  • templates/your_template/thumbnail_bit_extern.html

1 file has to be modified:
  • includes/functions.php

First, lest us create the file "new_images.php", just copying a part of the file "index.php". The code should be:
Code: [Select]
<?php

Now it's time to create the two template files in your template folder.

The code for your template file "templates/your_template/new_images.html" should be:
Code: [Select]
{header}
<table width="100%" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" >
  <tr>
    <td align="left" class="head1" valign="top">&nbsp;&nbsp;Recent Images from {site_name}</td>
  </tr>
  <tr>
    <td class="head1"><br />
      {new_images} <br /></td>
  </tr>
</table>
{footer}

The code for your template file "templates/your_template/thumbnail_bit_extern.html":
Code: [Select]
<style type="text/css">
<!--
.pics {
font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
font-size: 10px;
}
.new {
  font-family: Tahoma,Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;
  font-size: 9px;
  color: #FF0000;
}
-->
</style>

<div align="center">{thumbnail_extern_openwindow}<br />
  <span class="pics"><b>{image_name}</b> {if image_is_new}<sup class="new">{lang_new}</sup>{endif image_is_new} ({user_name_link})
  <br /></span></div>

At last, please edit the file "includes/functions.php". Find:
Code: [Select]
"thumbnail_openwindow" => get_thumbnail_code($image_row['image_media_file'], $image_row['image_thumb_file'], $image_row['image_id'], $image_row['cat_id'], $image_row['image_name'], $mode, $show_link, 1),
and insert just after:
Code: [Select]
        "thumbnail_extern" => get_thumbnail_code($image_row['image_media_file'], $image_row['image_thumb_file'], $image_row['image_id'], $image_row['cat_id'], $image_row['image_name'], $mode, $show_link),
"thumbnail_extern_openwindow" => get_thumbnail_code($image_row['image_media_file'], $image_row['image_thumb_file'], $image_row['image_id'], $image_row['cat_id'], $image_row['image_name'], $mode, $show_link, 1),

Find next:
Code: [Select]
  return $thumb;
}

and insert just after:
Code: [Select]
//--External thumbnails--------------------------------
function get_thumbnail_extern_code($media_file_name, $thumb_file_name = "", $image_id, $cat_id, $image_name = "", $mode = "", $show_link = 1, $open_window = 1) {
  global $site_sess, $config;

  if (!check_media_type($media_file_name)) {
    $thumb = "<img src=\"".ICON_PATH."/404.gif\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" />";
  }
  else {
    if (!get_file_path($thumb_file_name, "thumb", $cat_id, 0, 0)) {
      $file_src = ICON_PATH."/".get_file_extension($media_file_name).".gif";
      $image_info = @getimagesize($file_src);
      $width_height = (!empty($image_info[3])) ? " ".$image_info[3] : "";
      $thumb = "<img src=\"".$file_src."\" border=\"0\"".$width_height." alt=\"".$image_name."\" />";
    }
    else {
      $file_src = get_file_path($thumb_file_name, "thumb", $cat_id, 0, 1);
      $image_info = @getimagesize($file_src);
      $width_height = (!empty($image_info[3])) ? " ".$image_info[3] : "";
      $thumb = "<img src=\"".$file_src."\" border=\"".$config['image_border']."\"".$width_height." alt=\"".$image_name."\" />";
    }
  }

  if ($show_link) {
    if ($open_window) {
      $thumb = "<a href=\"".$site_sess->url(ROOT_PATH."details.php?".URL_IMAGE_ID."=".$image_id.((!empty($mode)) ? "&amp;mode=".$mode : ""))."\" onclick=\"opendetailwindow()\" target=\"detailwindow\">".$thumb."</a>";
    }
    else {
      $thumb = "<a href=\"".$site_sess->url(ROOT_PATH."details.php?".URL_IMAGE_ID."=".$image_id.((!empty($mode)) ? "&amp;mode=".$mode : ""))."\">".$thumb."</a>";
    }
  }
  return $thumb;
}

//--End external thumbnails----------------------------

Then, the external site that desires to show your thumbnails has to include one of these two links in its page code:
PHP:
Quote
<?php include ('http://path/to/your/gallery/new_images.php') ?>

or HTML:
Quote
<iframe src="http://path/to/your/gallery/new_images.php" width="500" height="300" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" name="new_images" align="center"></iframe>
(Width and hight are just an example. Adapt it as you prefer.)

You may modify this, in "new_images.php":
Code: [Select]
$num_new_images = 12;
$config['image_cells'] = 4;
to change the number of thumbails shown (12, here), and the number of thumbnails in each row (4, here).

Don't forget to change this:
Code: [Select]
        WHERE i.image_active = 1 AND c.cat_id = i.cat_id AND i.cat_id IN (1, 2, 3)to specify which category's thumbnails you desire to show.

Well, I hope I did not forget anything essential.
Feel free to ask any help.
Anyone here can help you as soon as he is awake... :mrgreen:

Discussion & Troubleshooting / Re: Hacking?

Hello;
it seems that a hacker tries to use and old SQL injection exploit, using this kind of source:
Code: [Select]
/*
CODE REMOVED by Nicky
/*
If you use the last version of 4images, you should not be afraid.
I use to see such requests in my own website stats. Don't know why people are so stupid :roll:. I prefer to spend my time helpng others.

[edit by Nicky]
code removed due we know why ;)

thanks, Nicky. I forgot that some members still use old versions. Sorry :oops:.

Hi I just followed the text to install this mod...

But I need the file :  "member_multiuploadform.html"
and the image to the button.

Can anyone help me ?

Hi;
look at here: [BETA] for 1.7.6 Multiupload Vers. 2.0.
You can find there all filles in attachment, if using 4images 1.7.6.

Right, my mistake for not understanding the error message. But rather than delete the cry for help, let me post the solution here so that if anyone else encounters the same problem they know what to do...

The images that 4images couldn't import were all very large (straight from camera without any re-sizing). This caused the script to use more memory than had been allocated to PHP. So by going into the PHP ini file and increase the amount of memory from 32 Mb to 64 Mb, the error went away:

1) right click on the 4images mobile icon in the task bar
2) select advanced / php configuration. This will open the php.ini file in edit mode
3) search for memory_limit = 32M (in a section called resource limits)
4) change the 32M to 64M and save the ini file
5) shut down mobile server and restart

If you are nervous about undertaking this without having a backup, the ini file is placed in a directory under 4mobile called server\diskw\usr\local\php - so it might be an idea to make a backup copy of the file before editing it. And actually if you bother making a backup, you might as well edit it directly while you're in the right directory.

Thanks, SunnyUK;
added to the TODO list.
Thanks to share your own experience!

wouldn't it be placed in the private modrators forum?
Anyway, if no respect to the 4images copyright,

template copyrights  :wink:

OK, thanks. I did not notice. I'll try to warn sites' webmasters.

Does anyone know how to contact Vienix/Vierstra?
I sent him a message through his own website a long time ago, but had not any answer.

Hello,
wouldn't it be placed in the private modrators forum?
Anyway, if no respect to the 4images copyright, no respect will be given to any question, problem or advice. Sorry, but that is the "game"'s rules. Be sure to be "clean" before asking any help in this forum.

We all love to help anybody here, but we spend our own private time for a script we support, what is not freeware. The only obligation you have to respect is to display 4images and 4homepages copyright. It's not too much demanded, I think, compared to the support you can access to.

I run vista.
What a pity!
Well, if you use a mapped network drive called w, you may change its letter, or else, edit the file server/start.bat, and change:
Code: [Select]
IF "%Disk%"=="" set Disk=wfor any letter you need to use.

Don't forget then to change in server/stop.bat:
Code: [Select]
subst w: /Dto fit with your own letter.

@V@no;
first: GREAT TO SEE YOU BACK HERE, MAN!
thanks for your experience.

About the "nono" sound, I will make the computer's sound return to 100% after the splash screen appears :oops:, or even delete any sound.

About the problem with some software as Skype, GoogleToolbarNotyfier... and more that start with Windows and listen to the port #80, we will add a feature to 4images Mobile Server to change the port that has to be listened (e.g: change to 8080). The MySQL port (3306), seems not to be affected by such programs.
In fact, we could change the native port to be 8080, for instance. Let us some times to try and furnish a good alternative.

Why use a virtual drive? 4images Mobile Server is based on Uniform Server 3.5 Apollo, and you can learn here why it uses a virtual disk: http://center.uniformserver.com/uniserver/uniserver_intro.html

Just noticed, the program doesn't exit properly it leaves tray icon, like its dies
4images Mobile Server uses Aestan Tray Menu, that is no more maintained since july 2004. The tray icon keeping on after closing is a known bug.
We try to get a more recent free application, working with people at Framasoft, and trying to adapt it to 4images Mobile Server.

Well, 4images Mobile Server has been downloaded more than 2500 times since I posted first. People know that any support could be given at contact@ami07.info.
Since the beginning, we never had any message about any unsolvable problem. In fact, we never had too any message to thank us... :mrgreen:

Thanks to mawenzi for his support about EXIF features.

I will post as soon as the changes are made.

Thank you very much, SunnyUK and V@no.

« on: July 10, 2008, 12:05:03 AM »
Bonjour;

Bon courage.

Bonjour;

« on: July 09, 2008, 12:13:44 PM »
    Bonjour;

    4images utilise le système

Hi, all;
it must be in the FAQ! :D.

Many FTP tools uses to write their own log in uploaded directories, as WSFTP or CPanel's utility, writing a "wsftp.log" or similar file. CAPTCHA routine doesn't mind what is this file's extension and tries to use it as background, when placed in captcha/backgrounds/ directory.

Maybe users that tried to customize CAPTCHA design would face such problem, because of the file "thumbs.db" that MS Windows generates.

Just an advice: before uploading your files to your website, perform a search in the directory where you files are. Search for files having extensions like ".log", ".db", ".bak"... and delete them all before uploading the directory by FTP. Once uploaded, check your website to find such files.

At last, look at your FTP tool configuration. It must exist a way to avoid generating such logs (i.e. FileZilla does not generate any unwanted file).

Thanks olgaart for having given us the clue!

14
Bonjour;
navré, je suis en manque de disponibilité.
J'ai vu cela: [REQ}User promoted to usergroup after xx uploads? [SOLVED with details].

Salutations.
