Dear Admin,

I have some problems for ask from you.

1. Can I edit my homepage and also please tell me one of my friend told me that if I edit my template or my images you will get Legal Actions.

2. Can I use my own template for my site. ( I don't need to remove your Copyright note in the footer. )

You can do anything you want as long as the copyright stays on the page always visible and has link pointed to 4homepages.de (unless of course you pay fo the copyright removal license)
