Hi!

I have one more question to this theme.

Work GD Bibliothek Auto-Image-Resizer only with *.jpeg and *.GIF? because when I try to resize *.png images , I get error.

When I try to convert all old thumbnails from the gallery this convert my original images but not the thumbnails.
I resizes the images without any problems but with the thumbnails this work not.

here is the screenshot of the setting so I think all is ok. I use the new version 1.6 whole updated from 1.5
When I click on the start conversion the true images change the size and the thumbnails are still 200x150.

Ok one more info:

I tried to upload the mid files via my controle panel and here is what I got.

Error uploading image file:

No database entry!

somebody can tell me what is wrong?

Sorry I think this was wrong forum, but I have to ad some more informations about the error.

First when I try to upload a mid files without thumbnail I got error:
Error uploading  thumbnail file
The I try again and ad the thumbnail.
I got again a error:
Error uploading image file

This work only when I ad the url but this don't allow me and my members to  upload any other data files that jpg.gif.png and swf.
What is wrong? have this to do with configuration or my instalation or is just I have a  blonde moment?

Hi guys

I saw that someone was able to upload a .mp3  and .avi on other galleries.
I tried too, but still got the error.

I try to uploading midi or mp3 and nothing , this will not working, I have not problems with .swf files but well with the other media files.
WE have set up all correct and check again all to by sure before we ask here about our problem.
If you saw here any topic before about this problem, please let me know.

btw when you are on the control panel, can you tell me why we can't validate any images from members that include " and ' in images Description
 like I'm or cath's I got always SQL error and after I change the Description all works without problems and I can validate the images.

we have not one problems with Instalations or configurations, all is set exact with informations that your company offer by download, the FTP server is set correct and we check out all many time.

I check in the permission to upload direct in the photo gallery to user and if you like to test this via web I will wait the next 2 hours , later I have to change the permission other my members can't upload anything if they wish.

I hope to get fast answer from you with idea what to do in this situation.

Dear Jan,

I set the permission for Direct Upload in the photo gallery again to registered users, please upload your photo again and you will see that will not show your photo in the gallery.
