Maybe you forgot to put the html code for the button in your files?
Just reread the installtion file:

[qcode]OPEN     /4images/templates/default/categories.html
FIND     <td align="right" valign="bottom">{upload_button}</td>
REPLACE  <td align="right" valign="bottom">{upload_button}{slideshow_button}</td>[/qcode]

So after installing your mod and making some adjustment I am just getting "File can't be access directly" and i adjusted the categories_slideshowII.inc to include the path to the file and now i am getting "hack attempt"

Help Please

@snowppy:
Pleas read the forum befor you post!
See http://www.4homepages.de/forum/index.php?topic=7257.msg66046#msg66046 for solution of your problem.

@DJ:
I have not tested the mod with PHPNuke.
If you post me a link where i can look at it, i will try to get time to find a solution for this problem.
Could you send me a list of changes you have made to make this mod working in PHPNUKE that i can include this in the installation guide?

4default_no_user  http://www.vierstra.com/4images_templates.htm  installiert habe.
Ich muss gestehen, dass ich auch schon einiges abgeändert habe.

Vielleicht hift ja auch ein Blick auf meine Gallery: http://dowo.dyndns.org/bild/

Vielen Dank im voraus

Dieter

@dowo:
first look in your contro-panel at "Allgemein>Slideshow Einstellungen" an tell me which radio button is set by "Soll der Slideshow-Button nur registrierten Benutzern gezeigt werden"?
To show the slideshow button every user this should be set to "NEIN".

das sollte ja in der header.html stehen oder nicht?

hab ich aber gelöcht wie in der Anleitung beschrieben.

das ist meine header.html:

<head>
<title>{site_name}</title>
<meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset={charset}" />
<link rel="stylesheet" href="{template_url}/style.css" />
<script language="JavaScript" type="text/javascript" src="{template_url}/../../scripts/4images.js"></script>
