Title: Photo name problem after 1.7.2 upgrading

I have realy many mods im my 1.7.1 version but today i decided  .. its time... ;)
..and with winmerge i updated whole code line by line (only from user side - ACP is stil 1.7.1 I planing fight with it tomorow)

My problem is: Now when someone post image with bb code in name for example " : ) "  (without space) it shows smilies "  :) "
