Is it possible to remove thumbnails and display the actual size of each image?

Is there a way I can remove the thumbnail feature? I have little mini pictures and it takes awhile loading the thumbnail and the pic so I would like to display them all as their original size. I can upload them via the uploading batch method however the thumbnails do not work and I really don’t need to use the thumbnail for these pics.
