Small fix in comments_notify.php.

Change:

for:

(is change on 1st post).

it was tested on my server ;)

so that doesnt mean i tested the mod and its work with me

if fact, thunder is trying to modify this MOD to handle more idea and options

and i saw it in my server ( on the test  folder ) it works perfect

but seems my codes has to be modified more to works

the only mistake i have is (  that when i click notify by email the button didnt change to notify remove )  on details.html
and no emails are send

hope could be fix it

if u need the test folder i can send it to u so u can make a compare between ur code and thunder code ( first should ask thunder about this coz he is the owner of  that folder )
