Gallery displays php error when adding an image

Whenever I upload an image using the admin index and look at it using the gallery, I see this array of errors on top of every page:

If I open an image, I see even more errors.
I never gotten this type of error until I edited these files: header.html and style.css.

I didn't change much, but I rather not change what I just changed.

So these 3 files may be altered: functions.php, header.html and style.css.

Can anyone help me fix this problem?

Can you give me access to your Control Panel? I guess it has something to do with the badwords.
