I'm not an admin here, but I'm curious: what do you think you'll find there if the 4images-plug-ins are listed in the part of the forum called
Mods & Plugins (Requests & Discussions)?

I don't know what you think is there and I also don't know why you think there is even a directory named plugins at the address you've listed.  IF it did exist and you could not access it, then I would bet there was a good reason for it.  :wink:
