Title: [Language] Japanese Language

I make the Japanese language pack.
It include installation, management, and "Image of the default template".
It has been made for version 1.7 of 4images.

just one note: in main.php file missing " ?> " at the end.
it doesnt make any differense, but...;)

Hi, yukino.

The correspondence to the Japanese is not possible only with a language file.
It is necessary to revise the program.

日本語への対応は言語ファイルだけではコメントが文字化けします。
PHPを2つ修正すれば大丈夫です。
