manual, templates?
« on: May 02, 2008, 01:24:03 PM »
Some questions:

1. Is there any kind of manual for 4images that explains the basics? Like how to create menus, change templates etc, or has this to be searched for in the forums?

2. It seems that every page has its own .html? This means that for example if I want to make my website wider I have to change the width in EVERY .html manually instead of just changing one width in some css or similair?

3. Is there a way to sort categories in alphabetic order by themselves every time a new category is created?
4. How do I add a footer with contact information etc?
5. How do I add a menu to the left?

I guess my question was if general issues like menus, width, height etc are controlled centrally like a css, by that I mean I only have to change those things in ONE place. Or do I have to manually change it in every page?

For example: If I want to change the width of the webpage, can I do it in one place only? Or do I have to change the width in every single page?

This is in the different templates.

Time in the header.html, style.css or in the menu as templates
home, details, member etc.
