Now, back to your previous reply. I see you were trying upload the same image as image AND as thumbnail. Then you said that the image you were trying upload was 800x600 but your thumbnail max dimentions are set to 300x300
It looks to me, like that is the problem...

oh boy...please read my reply above, it already conteins the answer!
Your max width/height for thumbnails are set to 300 pixels, yet you are trying upload 600x600 thumbnails, what do you expect 4images to do? accept it and ignore your settings?...
