new images on your homepage (external)

hello!
this is a collected script to show your 4images gallery's new images on your homepage (or any other page in your site outside the 4images directory)
with help from this topic: http://www.4homepages.de/forum/index.php?topic=1020.0
i am putting it here so that users can find it easily.

first the code page (copied from index.php )

1. create a new php page in the root of your gallery folder and name it new_images.php
inside it put the code:
make sure you change the name of directory in define('ROOT_PATH', './4images/'); for it to work properly!

2. create a new html page inside template directory and name it new_images.html (it will be templates/new_images.html)
You can put any html code or tables, for my page i used a table with tableheader 'newly added' it must have {new_images} where the new images will  be displayed

hi i'm back, i had a problem 'warning cannot modify headers, already sent by blahblahblah on sessions.php line 101 )
i found out that it only appeared when i was not logged into the gallery, so i solved it by editing the following code on new_image.php line 30:

hm i thought it was just me, but i recieved a PM telling me the problem isnt fixed by changing 1 to 0...
it happens on my page as well :s and i have no idea how to remove it, i tried to quote out the sessions or any user-related strings, but i could come up with nothing that works...
whats funny is that when I login to my gallery, and then refresh the page with the <include newimages> the error notice at the top disappears o_O

any ideas? (is not a php genius)
