nachträglich als admin eintragen

Hallo

Ich habe mal eine frage
Beim install. habe ich eine leere config.php bekommen, heißt ich kann mich nicht als admin anmelden. wie kann ich das nachträglich noch machen das ich mich als admin anmelden kann. ?
