Welcome to 4images forum.
Did you try login via members login form?

When you first opened 4images page it guided you through installation process, where you must enter database login information AND administrator username/password for you 4images.

Use that username/password to login via members login form, you don't need register a new user.

OK, then happens nothing.
Please be more specific.
If you enter wrong username/password, it would show you an error page. Unless you do/did something wrong "nothing" couldn't happened.

It happens the same - when i input nothing in both fields (and press cr/click the registry button)  or when i input my Adminname and his password: the screen shows again the form with empty input-fields.   .   .    without any Message!

Ok, now you got me all confused....are you talking about installation page? (in address bar is install.php) or registration page? (register.php)

Ok, now it's clear...but I'm not sure what causing it...I suspect it's something misconfigured on the server. Can I see it?

Yes, it should show error page when you enter wrong username/password - that is ok.

when I tried register, I got "Das Feld mit dem Bestätigungs-Code muss ausgefüllt werden." - that is NOT ok, because I'm sure entered correct captcha code..

So far I can only speculate that sessions is not correctly setup on the server. It could be wrong path or not writable in session.save_path (see phpinfo)
