Categorie Picture dosen't display

Hi All,
I am a newbie !!
I just install 1.7.4 and the template from http://www.rustynet.de/ otti.
Now I have got on my startpage a problem (http://duan.dyndns.org) that the picture from the categories is not displayed just an bad red cross is there.
 Does anybody can help me ??

I see it is working fine. No red cross when I visit the site.

Sorry I just change back the template.
I will change to the otti template again an will leave a note here.
