Images won't upload?

Well, long story short: I can't get images to upload. I just installed everything an hour or so ago, and everything ELSE is working but this. When I try to submit an image I get this error:

Warning: move_uploaded_file(./data/media/9/ashka111.png): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/wooshck/public_html/gallery/includes/upload.php on line 113

Warning: move_uploaded_file(): Unable to move '/tmp/php04ovqn' to './data/media/9/ashka111.png' in /home/wooshck/public_html/gallery/includes/upload.php on line 113

Anyone know what this means? What I can do?

Yes, I've already looked there, and so far I've only found two posts regarding this, neither of which were ever answered.

I've made sure the permissions were set correctly, as per the installation guide, and I've made a 'phpinfo.php' file- according to which, the safe mode is off. Still doesn't work.

its the same thing.
Also, if SAFE MODE is activated on your server, then you'll need to further research for a work around.
A good idea would be start with FAQ ;)
