[Feature Request] EXIF information from digital cameras.
« on: June 22, 2002, 02:23:11 AM »
I love 4images... it is the best program i have seen for the managing of photos on the web and written for php.  i had originally written my own program, because i hadn't seen one that was decent, but 4images is greatly managed and well structured.  i just wanted to ask if the EXIF information provided for by all new digital cameras could be implemented in future releases.  i noticed php now has an extension to read that data in and there seem to be more and more third party progs that do it such as JHEAD.  i'm gonna add it in for my own purposes, but i think it'd be a great feature for future releases.

thanks,

holden

where do you put the script to pull EXIF data?

Where do you put the script to pull the EXIF data and have it displayed when a picture is looked at?  What is the exact script?  This looks like a fun mod.

Thanks,
nate
