why do I upload photos that are not visible..help me

I'm just a beginner using 4images website, I hope anyone can help me,
why the photos I uploaded to the website the image appears like this,,?


and registration on my website can not, members difficulties for registration,?,, please give me an explanation about my second question..

Welcome to the Forum!

please read the docs/Installation.english.txt on your galerie root folder.
set the correct permission for files and folders on your FTP.

I've read, but I'm still confused,,
is it because I intstall webs through webs hosting fantastico,,,
