Something Bad happened when I moved to a new server!

Hi guys,

I hope someone can help me with this quickly - my host had to move me to a new server as there were problems with site going up and down.

These are my new php and mysql versions:

PHP version   5.2.5
MySQL version   5.0.45-community

Everything is CHMOD correctly, as well.

I can't download anything - it just keeps reverting to the index.php

Please someone help me with this - I don't know what to do next.

There is no problem with the site going up and down with the new server.

The problem is something that changed - maybe in script?  Don't know.  It doesn't show any errors in the error.log

I'm so confused!

You check CATEGORIES_TABLE and IMAGES_TABLE - see if cat and all image exist after move in new host ?

Yes, all of the categories and all of the images are there.

And when I hover over the download button, the link looks like it's correct, but it redirects to index.php instead of downloading.

You install MOD ? If so, please say ...

I have the Different download options mod installed - but it was working fine before the move.

Does magic_quotes_runtime need to be turned on - it isn't on my server, but it wasn't on the old server either.

Edit:

Even the regular download button redirects to index.php - not just the downloads of 1024 size

Hum ... I check in PHP.net site and is say:

Fixed bug #33958 (duplicate cookies and magic_quotes=off may cause a crash). (Ilia)

Is fix with PHP 5.2.5 ... I no see problem if fix ... if different download options create problem - please post in Jan topic for solution.

Edit:

If regular too ... install fresh copy of 4images in fresh folder and database and see if same problem ...

OK, I'll try installing a fresh copy and see if it works or not.

OK, a new install works - now what the heck do I do, I have so many mods installed I don't know where to start!

In January 2008, everyone will see the result (for the good or for the bad).

Some MOD is possible no work in PHP v5.2+ but no choice.

Does that mean the Download different options mod?

Try and see with fresh gallery you install.

OMG, that means my whole directory is screwed. I worked so hard to get it the way I wanted it, and now the mods are no good! 

This sucks!

If work hard and have backup ... no need for work hard again. Use fresh and integrate work you do in new gallery - see result.
