How to change database user name&password

Hi!

Few days a go i moved my server and gallery to another location. A new place has a different database username and password. How and where i can change mysql username and passwd?

New install is a solution and importing backup, but im quite lazy and dont want to do that

edit: eh.... config.php is the answer?
