Hello cr@zy Sash,

No I don't mean the next/previous links. I have does covered.
(Picture is printscreen from my own onsite-system)
But the middle (see arrow) should be clickable and lead the customer back to the thumbnailpage on which the picture stands.

I don't need the complete clickstream. Only the last part of it in a {label}.
Page2 in example:
Home / cat name / subcat name / page2 / image name

This way the system would be much more dummyproof. We use the system on location and the most asked question is: "How do we get back to the thumbnails?". People just don't see (understand) the clickstream.

This post is to separate the MOD [Cat name in clickstream->to the page# where image i] from my request.

Instead of a complete clickstream I only want one button/link that leads the user back to the thumbnailpages on the page# where the picture he looked at was located.

The {clickstream} is to complicated for the users. They don't want to search, just click and view ...

Example:

Could somebody help me with this?

Kind regards,
Piet

Thank you V@no this is very usefull Mod!
Is it possible to have an extra link on the detail Page which brings you directly to the page where the thumbnail image is. This would be some kind of an extract from the clickstream on the detail Page.
Example
Clickstream:  Home / cat name / subcat name / image name
Extra Link to: subcat name

From me the same question.
But I would like to have the link "hidden" under a button (picture).

I don't know what it means but I changed line 4 from:

Code: [Select]
$root_path = (eregi("\/plugins\/", $PHP_SELF)) ? "./../../" : "./../";
to
Code: [Select]
$root_path = (eregi("\/plugins\/", $PHP_SELF)) ? "./../../" : "./../../";

And now it seems to work. But the settings don't show in the settingsmenu as part 8. The text [Images Annotation Settings] does but the options not :-(.
I can go directly to them but that can't be the idea.

Maybe the codechanging wasn't such as good idea.

When install this plugin on my "normal" completely functioning server (w2k + 4images running ok) I get the following error.

Warning: main(./../admin/admin_global.php) [function.main]: failed to create stream: No such file or directory in D:\home\sites\onsite\web\gallery\admin\plugins\batch_annotate.php on line 8

Where did I go wrong? Doesn't the plug pickup the normal pathsetting or ...?

I knew that I could move them up and down.
Just missed the option to edit the category and make it a main category.
Must be the eyes  8)  Made about 1200 pics in two days.

Thanks for opening the eyes.

Mods & Plugins (Requests & Discussions) / Image Resize, only

The MOD [Check new Images V2] http://www.4homepages.de/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4754 should do the job, I think.
The MOD makes a resized image and can put the orginal in a subfolder.

Hello,

Is it possible to upgrade a subcategory to a main category?

One of the subcategories is getting very big and is now entitled to be a main category (to my standards).

Maybe I can edit the sql-database but I would like some feedback from more experienced users first

Hope somebody can help me with this.

Kind regards,
Piet

Chit Chat / Just a spider or...?

Hello V@no,

Had the same problem a few months ago.
It was a different IP but I traced it to turninit.com.
They gave me a link with information how to block spiders.
Maybe you can use it.
www.turnitin.com/robot/crawlerinfo.html

I just blocked all spiders to my gallery-dirs.

Hi Chris,

Completely forgot to search

I searched hotscripts.com and now I can do a lot of things like scale, zoom, snow, swirl, tunnel, warp etc with the pictures but not what I want.
Maybe I am looking at the wrong place?

All I want is two extra buttons next to the picture in the details.php. One to flip the pic to the left and one to the right. If somebody clicks on the button the pciture should turn.
Could somebody help me with this? Perhaps lead me to the right script.

Kind regards,
Piet

Hello All,

Just wondering.
Is it possible to tweak 4images to make it able for visitors of the gallery to rotate the picture on there screen?

So if a picture is oriented the wrong way, people can "rotate" it and view it the right way.

Hope somebody knows a trick to do this.

Kind regards,
Piet

Hi,
I am completely inexperienced as far as coding is concerned, so an easy answer please!

There isn't an easy solution. But you can try to combinate a shoppingcart-script with 4Images. I did it. But it wasn't easy.

Check out : http://test.totaaldigitaal.nl/gallery/details.php?image_id=2841

It is a combination of 4images with MOFcart (www.merchantorderform) but there are more options out there.

Kind regards,
Piet
