When viewing my SQL database i see that all passwords are encrypted to (example): e966fa8dba38636deeaff61b0a8cdf2d . (why???)

I'm wondering how i can decrypt this, or which encryption i should use (so i can setup my own databse) I need this also because i want to store the given information of my private members. (my sql database drops randomly every 3 weeks due server restrictions)

I run a website at http://faithfulangels.com and have 60+ categories, but if i would add subcategories then the look/design will be unordered. So how can i remove the subcategories from the main page? (they need to be displayed when clicking on category, thus where you see the categories' contents)

How can i add a script that can highlight thumbnails (only when mouse is over a thumbnail, not over the whole cell of the thumbnail)

example.
- on page load: image = 20%/100% transparant (light colors)
- on mouse over: image = 0%/100% transparant (original colors)

It just adds more visual candy i think ...

When i want to upload a image from a remote location (url upload) and fill everything in (url image, url thumbnail, name, category, keywords, description) and hit the ADD button i get 2 red text inputs: IMAGE* turns red and THUMBNAIL* turns red. WHY?

ps. while trying an own server i CHMOD the image and thumbnail to 777 and still got the red text.
