Es gibt einem Quality Parameter. Default ist High Quality. Ich habe ihn aber trotzdem mal gesetzt. Das Ergebnis ist trotzdem sehr bescheiden. Ich denke, ich gehe mal auf die Suche nach einem anderen Applet.

... vergleiche Originalbild und das hochgeladene Bild ...
... versuche das Bild dann mal per FTP auszutauschen ...

Nene, das Bild liegt in guter Qualitaet im Media-Verzeichnis. Habe meine komplette Installation selbst so umgebaut, dass Pano's unterstuetzt werden 

Du benutzt bei Dir aber anscheinend ein anderes Applet oder?

I like the idea supporting pano's in my gallery. Just installed it and to me it looks like the images will be displayed quite fuzzy. If i take a panorama image with a very good quality and view it with the applet the quality is very bad. Did anyone elsenoticed that?

Howdy,

has someone already tried to support remote webcam images? From my point of view it would be a nice one to be able to display images from webcams which can be found on the net and update them dynamically. Just thinking about how to achieve such a functionality.

Any ideas?

That's excellent, thanks for sharing this great stuff with us!

Just one remark. The toogle option is working properly for the left side menu but unfortunately not for the image details and user comments. If i close all three and go to the next image the left side menu will remain closed but the image details and comments are open again. Of course i modified the templates accordning to my needs, so i would assume that i broke something but i'm not able to identify the problem. Any hints are highly appreciated.

Usually the toggle state is set to default (open) when the script did not find that info in the cookie.. Try again with a fresh copy and try modifying step by step.. This way u will be able to find what changes u are making to make it non-functional.. Good luck

Is there any way to intergrate 4images and phpBB when using different databases which will run also on different hosts ? I would like to achieve that the user login information from phpBB will also be used for 4images which will run on a different host/domain.

  excuse me... in my last post:

in your templates, open flashshow.php

should be :

in your templates, open flashshow.html

in the picture you post, it seems the swf movie is not resized... and width and height for the swf movie are set in flashshow.html 
in this file there are 2 places where you can modify width and height. try to modify both of them

Whew...didn't saw the second one in the next line. Now it's working.

@cheribibi: Thanks, but that's what i already tried. Please have a look at the attached image to see how the result looks like the code is modified. The problem is that the window will be 800x600 but the pics are still displayed with 640x480.

Cannot find the attached pic so i placed it onto my web server. the URL is http://www.newyorkcity.de/foo/flashshow.jpg.

Any ideas ?

what is the size of your pictures ? 800x600 or 640x480 ?
do you want to increase the size or simply dislay pictures up to 800x600 ?
did you try this ?

I already set the max., dimensions so that they will fit to my images.

My pics are at least 800x600 or greater. Currently they will be all resized and displayed with 640x480. I would like to get the flash show to resize/show them with 800x600 pixel instead.
