HTML enabled for specific groups?

Hello there,
just started with 4images and I'm a little confused on some settings. I saw where to add html in general, but I want to just enable it for specific groups if possible. Is it?

::EDIT:: Sorry I'll make it a bit more clear;
I want to allow certain groups to be able to add html into their comments.
