how change Index.php and Categories Order??

hello.. i donīt speak english very well so i post a photo...

i want do that in my 4images web

but i donīt know how change the format of de SUB-categories... to this format

{CATEGORIE_NAME}

(photo) {subcategoria_name}
{su_categorie_descripcion}

I want order the images by years...
