Title: Upgrade 1.72 to 1.73 (Validation Error)

PHP Version 4.4.2
Upgrading from 1.72 to 1.73

I attempted 50 times to upload but had to type in the verification info without success each time. I am positive that at least half of these were correct but it still says to 'reenter' the validation code once I hit submit. I also quickly deleted the one hour old 1.72 with Fantisio and reinstalled. It would work until I did the upgrade. I veryified each step many many times.

any thoughts?

Please explain EXACTLY what you are duing and what is happening, cause at least half of your post is confusing...
