MOve a gallery to a other url and database

How can i move a gallery to a new www and database??? can i do it by ftp???

i did this

1) move ALL files from one server to another, check the permissions
2) make a backup of your 4images database
3) update config.php on new server with the correct information
4) restore the database backup on new server

now i'm getting this error

DB Error: Bad SQL Query: SELECT setting_name, setting_value FROM 4images_settings
Table 'md133242db91783.4images_settings' doesn't exist
