Problem logging in after install

I successfully intalled 4images onto my server.  I'm trying to log in to my control panel but I keep getting this:

And then it goes right back to the log in page.

this is really strange....  :roll:

from my home computer, i can't log in...
now i'm at company and it's work like you can see on your gallery...

I'm still not able to log in, but I see that you were able to upload stuff.  I don't get it.
