It won't let me install

Every time i click submit on the install page... I get this

the database sever name Unlimited MB seems not to be right.
are you hosted by UnlimitedMB.com?
I went here: http://xtremehardy.ulmb.com/ and saw that: http://xtremehardy.ulmb.com/gallery/install.php?install_lang=english

In their forum, they say:
Database Server Name: mysql

If you agree, send me your personal datas by PM, so I could help you to setup your gallery.
