4Images are creating links with underscore for the categories, details etc, for example:  cat_id=2 or image_id=5.
The underscored links are not good for SEO, is there a way to change this?

Is there a way to avoid the creation of of temporary sessions at  \cgi-bin\tmp\sess_.....
My backup program it gives me always error with those temp files.

For example \cgi-bin\tmp\sess_05f09c15f8afab63662f94d7f44704cf

How can we stop users of abusing the 4Images download system?

Some users they do for purpose multi downloads of the same picture, and this way they increase the number of downloads in the counter of this particular picture.
Why they do this? They just want to see a particular picture appearing in the "Top 10 Images by downloads "  section.

Is there a way to stop this? To count only one time the download from the same IP address or something?

My site has about 6 to 7.000 visitors daily.
From yesterday has started causing the consuming of 99% of Host Server CPU!!!
The results were many Server crashes!
After an examination, the Server people said that the problem may be caused by the Comments in the gallery,
so they have disabled the comments with a simple script addition in the details.php.
From that moment and then everything went back to normal!

There are many comments in the gallery, from 10 to 500 comments in some works, but this should cause problem to 4Images?
It may be bots problem, but how can we find them?

Any one has any idea?  It will be very much appreciated.

I have used many mods and my site works great, at least as I like it.

My problem is that I can't update my 1.7.1 version because if I do so, I will loose all my personalization’s, mods and in general all I have done for my site... and I must say it was a lot of work.
Is there any way to update 4images without loosing the previous personalization???

Any idea please?

Downloads number stoped at 32767.

I have read all the similar posts in the forum, but they were all for the Categories Hits
The int(10) at cat_hits it is OK at MySQL.

How can I fix the downloads statistics to go on working right, they are stoped now at 32767?
Please, any help?
