Chit Chat / Web Host needed

I'm looking for an INEXPENSIVE webhost strictly for the purpose of hosting my image gallery.  So of course, I want one that FULLY support all the features (no SAFE MODE, latests PHP, mySql etc...)
Also, this host MUST allow adult content.  My website is not a "hardcore adult porn site" but does contain plenty od adult works, humor, and pictures.  The gallery would thereefore also contain these things.  (nothing illegal of course -child porn etc..)

They must be reliable (downtime is NOT acceptable) and SPEEDY.
I've searched aroud already myself, but it's tedious to have to read all the fine print about adult ocntent, and then have to dig deep to find out if they run safe mode etc...  its very time consuming.

I won't need a whole lot of SPACE since nothing more than my gallery will be here.  I won't need any extra email, subdomains, ftp accounts or other perks  one might pay extra for.  I'm hoping this will keep the price down to under $10 a month.. I know it's easy to find such a host if you don't have adult content.  Once again I stress this isn't any sort of PAY for Porn fullout- hardcore porn site.

I'd like to see the option to rate the pictures on a scale of 1-10 rather than just 1-5.  I have no knowledge of how to change this myself, but it seems it would be easy enough for someone who knew how.
Or even 1-100.  Just that 1-5 doesn't allow for much difference between Awesome and ok.  Or how about custom polls for pictures instead of just a simple 1-5 vote?

Anyone who is willing to do this?

Discussion & Troubleshooting / IMage Magick (once again)

I'm sorry this is still an issue.
I've had the 4hompages script working on my site now for a little while, and it seems to be going pretty smooth.  However, I have yet to be able to get the Image Magik to work to create thumbnails for me.  
My host provider has assured me it is installed, and has even told me he has updated it for me.

Still no luck..I have images all there, and working.  I don't seem to have any other issues with the script at this time.

Please let me know of the requirments to make this work properly.. What ver. of ImageMagick?  The Server is running RedHat Linux.   and Currently uses ImageMagick-5.3.8.2.  Any other restrictions I should know?  What should I be telling my host to verify it will work with their set-up?

I have seen some post in this forum about safe-mode also.  This is a shared server, so there is certainly some safe-mode restrictions here.  But does this mean there is NO way I can get thumbnails?  What is the point of them having Image Magick installed then?

I'm lost, and really looking for answers.

Upon trying to upload an image to the gallery, this is the error I recieve:
Warning: Unable to create './data/media/3/11.jpg': No such file or directory in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/digitalsmackdown.com/httpdocs/homegallery/includes/upload.php on line 111

Warning: Unable to move '/tmp/phpA0669O' to './data/media/3/11.jpg' in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/digitalsmackdown.com/httpdocs/homegallery/includes/upload.php on line 111

I'm using the latest version of the script, running on Apache 1.3.22  + RedHat Linux and  PHP 4.1.6.  

The script was just installed on the server, and installation seemed to go fine.
also, I'm trying to use magick.
