I think pictures can only edit by administrator. The comments I havenīt tried  yet, but I think it will be the same.
Perhaps it would be nice, if this is possible.

It'd be great for GALLERY SYSTEM if users can only remove for comments or image , but if they want to upload new images admin will approves each uploaded.
