I got no email stating why

ok my site i use prolinkhosting and yesterday i went to log in to my site and well im staring at a white screen the address bar saids:
http://prolink2.reseller.com/suspended.page/ ,  Now I never did receive any email from prolink stating why my site was suspended i emailed them last night few times and I still have not received any replies..  So my question is has anyone had this problem with prolinkhosting before?? and my address is http://www.perfectaddiction.org and you will see what i am talking bout thanks!  By the way I paid a full year for there service, so i had till next march before next payment.

8 steps need when ask question -

- PHP version (ACP - > phpinfo())
- mySQL version (ACP - > phpinfo())
- 4images version
- Post screenshot / URL
- Post code in BB Code (no need full file for code) or post attach file
- It doesn't work. What is say - what is do for no work
- Install MOD ? If so - please say (troubleshooting)
- Read FAQ ? Install Bug fixes ?
