Title: need estimate on this mod

I want my site to function like this one in all aspects.  the main thing is being able to upload the ptf theme and pic thats the major thing. if I can get that done I can figure the rest out. http://www.psp-themes.net (http://www.psp-themes.net)

I have that part done i have added the arrays and i have successfuly uploaded the ptf I just cant get it to display like the psp-themes.net
site. You see how you can download the theme and or the theme plus the pic. Thats what I am after. Thanks for reply
