Restrictive Uploading...

I have a query regarding the uploading of images...

I wondered if it was possible to create a category that was specific to one user, so that only that user could upload images to that category?

The idea is that once registered a user could create a photo album with as many sub-categories as they wished all under their name.

I hope that this query makes sense and I hope you can help
