Is There A Way To Upload A CSV File To 4Images?

Hi, I am new at this and just installed 4images.  I have large files in Excel (csv format), which must be uploaded into 4Images.  The records contain images as well as other fields.  There are 12 categories to load.  Can anyone tell me the best way to approach uploading all this data to 4Images?  I have read the installation instructions above and am confused what format the records that you FTP to 4 images is supposed to be in. Do I configure 4Images to match the csv file records and FTP them up in one file?  What will 4Images do with the commas in the csv file?  Thanks, Julie
