Today i understand what this problem only with explorer, when
peoples see 4images script with "Opera", "Firefox" or "Netscape" all ok

I'm staying logged in for last 10 minutes, see no problem (using IE7 Beta 1). Perhaps the problem on your side.

If you look into the default template, there is a check box "stay logged in" (or something simular) in user_loginform.html template, I didnt see it in yours.

The cookies seems to expired as soon as u get logged in, that's why you are getting logged out ones u close the window. That brings u to the question: did u modify includes/sessions.php ? if you did, try use a fresh, not modifyed one.

sessions.php i don't change, there is new install
You didn't see check box "stay logged in"? There is in lithuanian "Prisijungti automatiškai" at "Vartotojo meniu" section...
no need to close window, three - four, or 20 times refresh, and user logout  :?
At the first time when i login, i see this: "****?sessionid=548a84a29ff8e48ebd594342e5eccac9",
next 2-30 times when refreshing site too, but when this sessionid at the bottom in address missing, after 2-3 refresh user logout.

 my IE version is 6 on SP2, but all people say what there is problem with sessions :/
