Adding IPTC Info fields to the upload form/image details

Hi Jan and everyone,

Is there anyway to add IPTC Info fields (Caption, Caption writer, etc.) to the image upload form and to images' details, which would only show if the person filled out the fields and only show the fields that were filled out?

No, IPTC Infos are informations you have to save with the image file. You can do this for example with Photoshop (File -> File informations).
