Title: How to point Root fille for category in external php file?

Hello Friends

I search forum and do not figure out how to point root path for categories in external php file.
Please help to solve this problem. i am trying to do this $images_path = "root_path\data\media\cat\";

3 Days No help? 8O  Guys i think you did not understand what i want. So i show you php file.
In line 16 i want path url to particular categories.
