download only in specific categories

is it possible to let one registered user download files only from one category and allow an other user only to download from an other category?

kann man verschiedenen mitgliedern verschiedene rechte geben? so dass manche user nur aus speziellen kategorien downloaden können?

4images is no use this now but ... is possible for say why you need ? ...  :|

i need it because i do shootings with different models. i add for every shooting a new categorie. if i give a model the rights to download the images, this model can also download all other pictures, not only the images with her. but i want a rights management to let a model dowload only her own images from different shootings in different categories

thanks for the links. but that is not what im searching for. users don't need to add own categories. i also don't need the option to download pictures in different sizes. i have already realized that.

what i'm searchin for is to give one uses the right to download from categorie #3 and #6 for example and an other user allow to download from categorie #4 #3# and #1. and disable for these users the download button in all othe categories
