i have almost the same problem   when a user sign up  they do not get a confirm email  , or if they send  apost card.
i am not using smtp. i use ah yahoo address as the admin.

any clues?????????

hey thanx alot   Xyu BAM     i was actualy looking for that option i knew  it was in the control panel  but forgot how to access it.
Well  i installed the emotions mods  where you can put smiles in your reply      etc.    that went smoothly.
But when iinstalled the  avatar  mod  the  avatar doesnt appear properly...
Maybe i have to do it all over again

I looked on the  forum  where people say they  install phpnuke with with 4images
But   i havent seen    a good  detailed tutorial  and instructions on how to do it

Does any one have a tutorial   and what version of nuke you use???

ok  i am a new user to this forum so please bear..
well i installed 4images   i installed a few mods  and i have the following errors
1)Firstly in the comment box you cannot hilight the text to bold or format  etc.
2)I instal the avatar mod  and the images does not go by the user name  it goes on top the bar above the author name.
3)When i upload a photo it  validates instantly?? I tought i suppose to validate them in the controlpanel...
4) Users  have to login to see comments on pics  if a  person is viewing  with out loginthey will  see no coments onthe pics   how to change this so anyone can see the comments with out login.
