Installation, Update & Configuration / increase upload limit

i am using 4images, the problem is i am not able to upload anything above 2MB i asked my hosting provider they told me the upload limit on their server is set to 10MB, can anybody help me in increasing my upload limit, i did from admin control panel but no use
please help

i have recently upgraded my 4images from 1.7.6 to 1.7.7,  the problem is i am unable to login with my administrator privileges infact i don't have any other username in the database with which i can login, please help me

problem fixed i just re-executed my backup database in sql it works
