Requests for paid modifications / Jobbörse / Requesting custom template [Paying]

Ok, my budget is $80, I need a template for www.messengerdp.com that is slick, easy to use and has some sort of MSN Messenger/Avatar feel to it. Please only enquire if you are confident in doing this.

I may have given this the wrong title but I'm not entirely sure what it's called, anyway;
I personally think it would be cool if somebody could make a page so you can browse from your User box to upload images, then at the top add a drop down menu to choose the category. I've suggested this as a few of my members have complained the Upload button wasn't too easy to find at first.

Example:

» Lightbox
» Control Panel
» View My Profile
» Upload
» Log Out

Dropdown: ---------------
                Category 1
                Category 2
                Category 3 (etc.)
Then the normal upload form.

A good job may result in you being paid.

Yeah, I was using a Moderator mod (http://www.4homepages.de/forum/index.php?topic=17155.0;topicseen) and I've installed it all, (Translated every Moderador to Moderator) and I've debugged it and now my admin panel and any page using admin_global.php has just gone blank. Quite a problem ^^

All I can tell you is the problem is around the bottom of the script.

If anybody could pinpoint my problem that would be awesome.

Discussion & Troubleshooting / Where is $db_password set?

I accidentally deleted the MySQL account for my 4Images Gallery, I tried re-adding it with what I thought was the same password and added it to the database used but I'm receiving this error;
Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'messe9_imga1'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in /home/messe9/public_html/includes/db_mysql.php on line 39

An unexpected error occured. Please try again later.

So I need to change the value of $db_password to the new set password for the database.

Any ideas ? Please post if I'm not clear enough for you - A speedy reply would be greatly appreciated as I need to get the site back online as soon as possible.
