Hello. I have a problem with Polish characters in URLs - search for keywords.

I have:
/search.php?search_keywords=%22%B6wi%EAta%22

I would like to make it:

/search.php?search_keywords=święta

or this:

/search.php?search_keywords=swieta

Please urgently help.
