BBCODE editor like on the site of mawenzi

Hi,

How can I have a BBCODE editor (for comments) like on the site of mawenzi?

Check this example:

Any help or idea's?

I want to thank you for your support, because the BBCODE editor has changed my commets form.  :D

I have another advanced question:

Is it possible to use thinyMCE editor instead of BBCODE editor?  :?
